SpaZentral Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic):

    • Cost: Free for all orders within the continental United States.
    • Delivery Time: Estimated 5-7 business days.
    • Carrier: FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic):

    • Cost: $20 per order.
    • Delivery Time: Estimated 2-3 business days.
    • Carrier: FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
  • International Shipping:

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination.
    • Delivery Time: Varies by location (Typically 7-14 business days).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is missing or lost, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim if necessary.

 

8. Return to Sender

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment cost.
